Information about the granulating process…

Caf-Lib ingredients are cleaned and roasted. They are exposed to a water extraction process. Then, the extract is condensed and dried to a powder. Granulating is a process where the powder is affected by steam and water. As a consequence, granules of irregular shapes are created. Their diameter can differ, depending on the size of the riddle that was used in the granulating process.

Caf-Lib production is controlled at every stage of manufacturing. Controls are in compliance with ISO 9001 and manufacturing regulations. The fact that flavour and rich aroma of the powder is perfectly maintained in the granules is very important. That is what best testifies to the quality we offer in Caf-Lib.
